Overview
AA.K Degun Mitros Estate is a fulfilment of one of the cardinal objective of the administration of His Excellency Senator Ibikunle Amosun CON, FCA to provide qualitative housing for public servants under a home ownership program which saw many hundreds of families benefit from the opportunity to buy their homes.
The Corporation keyed into this vision by delivering for the state government the first phase of the project consisting of 118 units made up of 48 units of 2-bedroom flats, 20 units of 2 bedroom semidetached bungalows and 50 units of 3 bedroom semidetached bungalows, a central park and a number of pocket parks. It was completed in 2015.
